As part of our development, we are recruiting a Senior Consultant Senior Strategy and Industrial Performance F/H to strengthen our teams.

Your Missions?

• Intervening as an atryon consultant to our clients

• • Diagnosing the organization – the processes – the governance in place
  • Intervening with customer teams in contexts of change and/or growth
  • Implement atryon methodologies in solving customer issues in compliance with Quality, Costs, Deadlines

• Ensure a business expert posture on projects

• • Establish a comprehensive field diagnosis, conduct interviews (process, organization and SI), collect and analyze data crunching, synthesize and formalize recommendations
  • Strategically frame, then operationalize the Trade/Industry 4.0 roadmap, in a logic of maximizing earnings
  • Help define clients’ priorities, identify and support improvement actions (business or functional expertise, PMO, methodology…)
  • Accompany transformation projects with appropriate methods and tools (Lean/6sigma, Kaizen yard, 5S, flow analysis, etc.),
  • Build and deploy performance control systems (AIC, visual management…)

Your Profile?

A graduate engineer or equivalent, you ideally justify a first experience in the Pharma, Biotech, Medtech, and BlackBelt certified industries.

You have at least 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence/Industrial Performance

The use of English is mandatory. You are mobile in Europe.
